- Defining the roles and responsibilities of: Individual Directors, The Board and Management
- Fundamentals of Board Governance

Grand Forks Legion Hall
Wednesday evening Feb 26th and March 4th 5:00 to 9:15 – Supper meals are served at 5pm
Pre-registration is required by February 7th 2020
