The Rock Creek Community Medical Society is planning a Work Bee and AGM
1. The Rock Creek Community Medical Society is planning a workbee for Sunday, May 16 at 10:00. Please come and help with the Spring clean-up of your Medical Centre. Bring a rake, shovel, gloves, hand clippers, etc. and join us in this event. We can also use a couple of individuals to review files including the old files of the former Kettle River Seniors Society. We should be finished by noon.
2. The Rock Creek Community Medical Society is scheduling its Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm for all the Society members. Weather permitting, the meeting will be held outdoors. The purpose of this meeting is to elect its directors for the 2021-2022 year, review the financial statements for fiscal 2020-2021 and review the activities of the Society for fiscal 2020-2021 including the Country Kids Playschool. Anyone who wishes to be a part of the Society and work for the Society even though currently not a Society member is welcome to attend.
