The Tourism Skills Training (TST) Certificate Program is delivered by the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association & the Gustavson School of Business (UVic), supported by the Province of B.C. This is a FREE, fully-online program, combining practical skills with specialized certificates (such as Superhost, Serving It Right, etc.).
This unique and intensive domestic tourism skills training will prepare (and certify) participants for work in the domestic tourism industry immediately, focusing on tourism & hospitality trends, and professional development. Participants will receive instruction, coaching, and valuable mentorship connections. This is open to anyone, of any age (over 16) and workers 55+ are encouraged to apply.
