SEEKING FUNDING FOR

COMMUNITY MINDED 

EVENTS, PROJECTS OR SERVICES FOR  2019

West Boundary Community Forest would like to inform non profit societies in the West Boundary area that we have limited funding available for your specific project or event planned for  2019.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?  West Boundary area schools, and non profit societies that are located in or provide a service within the West Boundary area that benefit the local residents and public.  Especially those groups involved with youths, seniors,  education, minor sports, public recreation and possibly a local group that is putting on an event that is open to the public.  We will not provide funding for political or religious activities or for funding required for maintenance of a society (start up cost, fees, administration costs etc.).

HOW TO APPLY:  Applications must be in writing, stating your name, address and contact person and who the cheque is to be made out to.  The application must clearly outline what the funding will be used for, such as the purchase of an asset, materials for an event etc.  All quotes should be attached.   Application form can also be obtained at www.westboundarycommunityforest.com/

Applications can be mailed to West Boundary Community Forest P.O. Box 160 Midway BC V0H 1M0, or dropped off in person at Greenwood City Office or Midway Village Office attention of WBCF.

Applications will be considered on a first come-first serve basis.  Applications for this round of funding must be received by 4:30 pm. Tuesday April 16th, 2019.
